Condensation dampness is a condition that affects millions of homes in the UK and is particularly common in houses which are poorly heated and insulated i.e. have more cold surfaces and usually gets worse in winter.
This problem can lead to staining and mould growth damaging wallpaper, wall surfaces, window frames, furniture and clothing. The tiny spores produced by this mould and higher numbers of dust mites due to the moist conditions can also increase the risk of illness such as asthma and bronchitis.
The Passyfier vent is used by =Bio-Kil= to help eleviate condensation around the home. The advantages of the Passyfier vent is that it has no electrical connection, no running costs, heat loss or noise. Fitted correctly by ourselves this unit will remove up to 2.3 Litres of unwanted moist air from a room during a 24 hour period.
Unfortunatly due to rising costs we are now having to make a small charge to carry out an inpsection for mould and condensation.
